MEP Engineering
Verde Studio provides full mechanical, electrical, and plumbing design service on all types of projects, for both new construction and renovation.
Assessment
Verde Studio provides assessment services for mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems on existing facilities.
LEED Design and Management
LEED consulting and support for MEP engineering as well as management services for the entire LEED portion of any project.
BIM Modeling
Verde Studio provides building information modeling services using Autodesk’s Revit software for MEP systems and energy analysis on new and existing buildings.

Verde Studio Engineering is a Historically Underutilized, Minority-Owned,* MEP and LEED® design Engineering firm, located in San Antonio, Texas. Since 1992, Verde Studio has provided quality service and excellence in engineering. Today, Verde Studio has grown into a green building research collaborative of industry experts who collect research and analyze information on the latest trends in ecological products and procedures for constructing and maintaining buildings. In addition to a full range of mechanical, electrical, plumbing engineering services, Verde Studio offers LEED® green building services including: commissioning, energy analysis, and Building Information Modeling (BIM).
